If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will provide a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a refund:

- We will respond within 24 hours with next steps
Refund conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original condition for physical returns
- In many cases, no return shipment is required at the customer's expense — we will confirm this on a case-by-case basis
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may already be in fulfilment and cannot be cancelled. In this case, our standard refund policy applies upon delivery.
Defective or Damaged Products If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at contact@iyasha.com with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Right of Withdrawal (EU customers — Widerrufsrecht) You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
