1. General These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through iyasha.com, operated by Scott Scheidgen (IYASHA), Sebastianusstraße 3, 41569 Rommerskirchen, Germany.
2. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Product images are for illustration purposes only — slight color variations may occur. Lifestyle imagery may be digitally created and is intended to represent the product in use.
3. Prices All prices are displayed in the currency of your region (USD for US customers, EUR for German and EU customers, GBP for UK customers, CAD for Canadian customers, CHF for Swiss customers). Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
4. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
5. Payment We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.
6. Shipping Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times:

8. Limitation of Liability IYASHA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price paid.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply in addition. For UK customers, UK consumer protection laws apply.
